#PDNOMG – 31 Days of OMG Challenge
By: Amber Kavanagh
Dear world, is it really October already?! Time to get ready for 31 Days of OMG in our first ever Pole Dance Nation monthly challenge!
My bathing suit has barely dried from my last trip to the beach, and yet the grocery stores have been lining the aisles with pumpkin-flavored everything for weeks. Fall is clearly upon us! And although there’s still plenty of time to choose which Real Housewife you’ll dress up and scare young children as during Halloween, the year’s spookiest month has already begun.
Here at PDN, we’re celebrating October with 31 Days of O-M-G! Join us for a screamy extravaganza of the pole universe’s sexiest, scariest, and most sensational moves.
How To Participate
All month, we’re featuring a fierce lineup of pole tricks destined to force some jaw drops. Check out each day’s move below, and HASHTAG #PDNOMG on Instagram to join in. Can’t wait to see your yassiest hair whips, your gaspiest flatlines, and your shriekiest laybacks. We’re gonna’ get LOUD this month. Nothing spells October like a little O.M.G.
AND … if you participate in the 31 Days of OMG Challenge from Pole Dance Nation and you could win exclusive PDN gear. Now how’s that for an OMG moment? LOL.
Think your favorite pole stars are yawning at the moves we’ve got in store? Think again. Hosts Andre Corey, Dakota Fox, Anikia Johnson, and Zenia Rosas are already crying out loud in anticipation of the month’s squeal worthy challenge.
What Makes Our Hosts Say OMG?
PDN asks our hosts: What pole move inspires you to SCREAM?
Instagram Name: @Anna_Kia_Poles
“I would say my most screamiest move is a torso switch with leg switches. I don’t know what it is about this move that is soooo painful to me, yet so sexy at the same time. Especially how the arms flare as you do multiple switches. It’s fun, tricky to the eyes, and fascinating to watch!”

“After six years of pole dancing, doing a Superman scares me. The thigh pain gets me good, and then I’m scared my bits will get squashed!”
Instagram Name: @ZeniaContortion
“I love Day 17: Drop Split. I love to make combinations where you don’t expect it, and all of a sudden you drop into a front split like it’s nothing. It gives you that extra ‘wow’ effect!”
This October, get out your grip, pull on your pads, and gargle some saltwater, because your pole practice is about to endure some serious holler. No one expects you to use your inside voice to cheer on that outside leg hang. PDN is primed and ready to hear you scream … OMG!
